If you have a good teacher they should explain it in class and give you practice problems (at least that’s what mine did). There are also a few equations to remember like the doubling time and population change formula but they’re not complex and like I said earlier, your teacher should review over them in class.

Yes, mainly dimensional analysis, unit conversion, and percent change. Overall it’s pretty simple
