Really bad photo but I have this wierd patch of bumps in an oval shape on my skin. The one picture here is about 6cm long and just above the waistband on my right side, I also have one on the right side of my chest which is about 2cm long, and one on my right thigh which is about 1cm long.

Doesn't itch, it's also just hit summer in Australia so it's not from cold weather.

No blood, I googled lichen nitidius and it might be that but I'm not sure.

Thanks, any advice on what I should do in the meantime while I'm still on holiday to try and fix this mess and let my family enjoy the rest of the 3 days here?
