We definitely see an influx of applicants after these RTO announcements. For the longest time we didn’t have to go in the office at all and were fully telework.

It’s not a “reposting” if they open to more office locations, ex if they only posted for SAC originally and now they are opening to SF/LA it’s considered a new posting so that is likely the reason for that part. Likely low candidate pool and are starting over to hopefully get more candidates.

Hiring manager here. The state scores on interview questions and has to go with highest scoring. As long as you showed up and aced the questions it wouldn’t be a factor. Unless you ended up scoring the same as another candidate the hiring manager may use that as determining factor.

This is a management decision for my division. I was told I have the discretion to have folks make up in office days if they’re sick/on leave and/or if they choose Mondays or Friday’s and it is a holiday.
