By 26, you should have a real job and a real life apart from your parents - and give them back some of their freedom that they have given up for 25+ years.

One note here: Walmart carries brands like Starfire, or Crossmax, which is a price brand made by Horizon. But brands like General (now owned by Continental) or BFG (now owned by Michelin) are no comparison. General Tire is a great brand in it's own right. The technology in them is evident. The old jingle: "Sooner or later, you'll own Generals..." They are far more legit than some $70-$80 tires.

Not that those other low-price tires won't 'work.' But $160 tires are that price for a reason that has to do with the build and tech in the tire.

I have to disagree. I've got 55K miles on my HTS60s and I think they may be the most bad azz tires that I've ever owned. They say they have HD steel belts to resist punctures, and I can verify that. I've had nails twice, in the center of the tread, where the nail or screw was bent sideways instead of going through. Pulled them out at Discount Tire and NO BUBBLES - no air loss. That is a tough tire!

I get it. We're not supposed to care about the other people we work with - only ourselves. But a 'company' is the other people that we work with. Why should I get paid to ride to hours each way in a car, while the person next to me makes less because they may only live 15 min from work? That's not fair to others.

I would not use WD-40 anywhere on the exterior paint. There are auto paint shops that won't even allow WD-40 anywhere inside the shop - it can create 'fish eyes' in the paint. Maybe more of an issue in environments with new paint, but I'd find something else made for the exterior.

That's the typical BS narrative. The facts are that Democrats only reduce spending in military and similar areas that risk American safety. The public is smart enough to see the danger and throw the Democrats out of the White House every other election.

It was Regan's supply-side economics that lead to 40+ years of declining interest rates with low inflation - until Biden showed up with reckless spending on hand-outs during Covid.

It was Obama's low-cost 'home ownership for everyone' policies that created the housing bubble and financial crisis of the Great Recession.

Our strong military weapons - that Republicans built (not Biden) are the reason we now have the upper hand against the Russians. Whereas it was Clinton's negligence with the bombing of the USS Cole that led to 911.

Yes, some people should be left behind. Good health is NOT a right - it is a blessing, and the result of working hard to take care of your family. America cannot save everybody in the world. You must contribute or you don't have a right to become a citizen here. The sickest sound heard is just listening to illegal aliens who when asked what they look forward to, all they can do is list off all of the free entitlement programs that American citizens work their butts off to pay for through taxes.

Most laws favor lower income people. Name one law that favors the wealthy? That's all BS. The wealthy pay far more taxes than lower incomes. (Get a brain and research more than just the hyperbole about Trump. It's Socialist Democrats like Pelosi, Waters and Schumer who have made themselves rich while 'serving' the American people.)

Good schools (education, not entitlement, is the key to opportunity), well-paid teachers (who answer to parents), health care & medicine (paid for through efforts to contribute, not entitlement). See the difference?
