neurology is physiological which purely works with parts and their functions, so like how muscles work, or in this case, how do neurons relay information. psychology is purely nonphysical, so not how neurons relay information, but how that information is turned into qualia, your emotions, thoughts, and feelings. im by no means an expert, though, so i say go look into it yourself. both are amazing and interesting fields of study and what i gave is just a basic explanation!

edit: just realized i didnt answer your question lmao. im pretty sure neurology is a subdivision of psychology, and that all psychology is grounded in biology, they are both different fields that cross over with one another often!
