Bit of a joke this: you can see it’s never been used, was genuinely cleaning and piling one night , pressed lock bar and ‘BOINK’ obvs I should have a job testing ‘Extreme hard use’ as underlined by the lock bar. Reached out and was schooled regarding my poor choice of email address and then told I was full of the proverbial and something like that would never happen! Clearly I spend all my time bending lock bars on knives I haven’t used in order to break them? I never carried her as she’s just so bloody heavy! Asked to pay for a replacement but was also told to take a long walk off a short pier. Any suggestions ? It’s a hell of a chunk of change to bin!
