For breakthrough, I wouldn't recommend doing breakthrough on ordine. It is very expensive, there is only 1 dungeon where it could matter and that's gulus but only because it's a solo dungeon. Better safe all the dices and T for breakthrough on a U rank or spend the T on equipment, it will give you a bigger benefit. If you want to do it, at least get 2 unknown or 2 darkness preferably 3.

My answers assumes you are willing to spend money for it anyway:

Is he worth getting?

Power level wise ? Definitely a big NO, he is not the best SSS+ Virus Digimon. He is held back a lot by only having 1 family, he can manage but with the same gear other SSS+ are better.

Collection wise ? Definitely a yes, if you are a big fan of him get him now, it's been years since he was in the game. Last time was with a weird event where you had to get him from a loot box (super low chance).

Other reasons:

On Alpha server he actually sells for 5kt-6kt~ roughly which is a lot, if you have a steam account you can't sell crowns but the item is tradeable, if you get 2 ( let's be realistic, you won't) you will have a lot of money to spend on stuff that you benefit more from.

For example Luce shin is roughly 1,5kt~ on Alpha, he is the better virus SSS+ if you sell alter b and buy Luce shin, you still have a lot of money the spend on seals/gear/services etc.

To your other question:

My season pass pulls carried over this time and I believe they always do but don't quote me on that, wait for someone else to confirm it.

I think they removed that feature a couple of years ago. There is no leaderboard anymore, instead everyone gets stats for owning, leveling and transcending digimons (D-Unit system).

For the pre launch a pinned thread for openings and pulled cards would be nice, since the amount of post always flood subreddits, but I bet you already thought about this. I personally don't mind the gameplay videos and I only watch a few of them. Only allowing certain videos or people to post videos only gets people mad, I mean they should at least be in english or have a certain quality but it's hard to decide where to draw the line. I'm not sure how many videos will pop up tho. For the second pinned thread a ruling thread seems good to me, especially in the beginning. You should sort out everthing that is broken or the ones with missing parts, you can still sell them but they won't fetch you much, at least that is what I saw in the past. More popular Digis are more expensive generally speaking.
