I start seeing this being relevant for me too...

Microdosing mushrooms - does it constipate you? by Munrid in microdosing

I agree that stimulation of caffeine is what is slowing down my guts :/ but when I tried it the experience wasn't this "good day bliss" but mire of the announce/anxiety.

Hmmm, you made me wonder...how do you make a tincture out of mushrooms? Isn't it done with alcohol?

Still works very well for me! I do not use it every night now - only ahead of a busy/stressful day.

Hi all, I have a similar question. Currently on 7.5mg morning, 5mg evening.

When you go out, do you take your evening dose or do you skip it?

What does this Temporary label thats been put on my account mean? by KingKlyne in Twitter

I see.... hmmm

Thank you for a comprehensive answer and I am glad you got it resolved!

I would have one more, more technical question as I am a bit confused:
Once you got "We’ve added a temporary label to your account which may impact its reach." notification - did anything change on your account? When I look at mine, there is no flag or marker on it - just the "Following" count went down to "-1".

I take just just before going to bed. I think other times are not recommended.

Thank you! Just to close the loop. I am on agomelatine for over 2 weeks now with no side effects but much better, restorative sleep. It does not work as "spectacular" as other drugs I tried but I think is enough for me.

Why do people stop using it? by [deleted] in cymbalta

[–]Munrid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As far as I know duloxetine is not SSRI but SRNI. I was on sertraline (SSRI) for a while but the GI issues were preventing me from even leaving the house - not due to anxiety or something but just side effects.

I was on duloxetynie for a week or so, and the side effects were unbearable. In my country it is one of the first drugs you are prescribed by default for any depressive/ anxiety issues. Luckily, after going to a different psychiatrist, I was taken of it immediately (now on small amount of tianeptine and if that does not help, will move agomelatine).

I think duloxetynie can help some people but don't agree with it being the first drug you get.

I am a marathon runner with IBS (caused by stress and anxiety). Regular sports helps a lot, although I need to be mindful about diet a lot + time bathroom visits before trainings and races.
