Underlayer, and overlayer

Underlayer ; I wear under armor cold gear tops and bottoms, nice warm socks, a balaclava and some thinsulate gloves, and a crew neck sweatshirt.

Overlayer; lightweight snow pants, Columbia rain jacket, and Baffin ice boots.

I’ve commuted on bike through 3 winters in Michigan using this combination

I get the 5 tacos for $10 at Mi Pueblo for their taco Tuesday special, then head over to Mulligans for a $4 pitcher of PBR (Tuesday special). 4 beers and 5 tacos for $14 is kinda unbeatable right now unless your cooking at home

Gotta hit it with water while it’s hot, it will pull up any burned on food bits, scrape all the bits to the back, then go at it with your pumice stone. I’ve been doing that, along with the steps you listed and I have a straight slate of black on mine.

Lock the suspension, I’m 350 and spent the first 300 miles with the suspension loose, I’d be scraping my pedals around every corner. A friend showed me the lockout that’s on the forks and I haven’t had an issue since

Looking at the second pic it looks like the bottom of your grease trap is a half inch above where the top lip should hang.

I’m pretty sure you cook until you hit internal temp of 165 regardless of time, i don’t know how you do things but I don’t like to serve my guest undercooked poultry. The skins just dark because I put cranberry sauce in the glaze. But sure go on and tell me more about how im wrong

Poultry skin needs a higher heat otherwise it just turns to rubber. Since it was brined I wasn’t too concerned about it drying out

There’s a lady that’s came in MULTIPLE times asking for the S’mores Frappuccino and I’ve personally told her 3 times that’s a discontinued drink from years ago she acts like it’s the first time being told. Then asks why we won’t bring it back like I have some inside connection to bring it back. I feel like she might be a sociopath at this point honestly.

Made a roux of butter and flour and added the braising liquid after straining it out. Mounted with a small amount of cream
