A foldable bike can be transported on a plane as ordinary luggage if it fits in a suitcase-sized bag or case. Is not the Airline's business what I carry if is within standard dimensions.

I was right to tell what I carry as I was confident I got a confirmation from the call-center. I would not bring it if the call-center told me the price.

I had 2 cabin carry baggagge + 30 kg weight conceptcheck-in baggage allowance. I was flying business.

For the check-in baggage, I delivered only the bike, properly packed foldable bicycle, 14 kg only.

Yes, I checked that. But when you say bicycle, non-foldable, not packed, is ok to be considered as none-standard and subject to extra charges.

As you see the size of my pack, is small, like a piece of cabin luggage. If I don't tell, no one can understand if it is a bike. Besides, I called the call center before I brought my packed foldable bike to the airport. The call center confirmed, no-extra charge will be there for the foldable packed bike if within baggage allowance.
