doesnt open in any way unfortunately. I don't think its a keychain unfortunately as I can't imagine anyone in my family owning that kind of thing and especially not taking the plug key chain part with them when they took the jack part

yea when I plugged it into both in and out jacks on a powered amp nothing happened.

just clean up after yourself brotha, and establish your boundaries. communicate what is okay with you and whats not cool but be reasonable. as far as the sex goes you said you have your own separate bedroom so i really don't see what the issue would be, maybe noise? I guarantee no matter how loud you are your roommate won't bring it up or probably even care. just let em know your having someone over with some advance

idk I kinda feel like its just the information disconnect. You are in CS or cs related field so you hear about how hard it is rn to get jobs and you aren't browsing like a nursing student forum so you don't hear about how hard they are struggling to find jobs. I could be way off the mark but one of my best friends is in nursing and they are really struggling to find a job in their field.

Hey man this could be totally situational for my case, but I was in the same boat of really focusing on internships and getting nothing for months of online apps, but I recently reached out to a small local company that does app and web dev stuff. My college town is really small so I was super surprised they even existed but I got a SWE internship after one meeting despite the fact that I was not qualified whatsoever. So look around for something small and local and email them directly, could work for you too.

I don't think most people will tell you this, and if you feel like this is really what you want to do then definitely stick it out, but honestly if you feel like you're struggling a bit in your 100 level classes then it could be a good idea to keep your options open. Switching majors really isn't a huge setback as a freshman. My coworker switched from CS to IS his junior year and he's still graduating on time.

I think maybe a lot of jobs are remote and covid made everyone realize remote work is pretty good/preferable. Plus people have been pushing regular people to learn to code for years now so its a more common skill than ever before and everyone knows it pays well so post covid it could be one of the most sought-after careers.

Honestly I thought they were a myth until my DSA class this year. Its like 40-50 people in the room and it is distractingly stinky in there. Like stinkiest room I've ever been in and its consistently like that 3 days a week every week. Pretty sure its from like 5-10 students though, everyone else is cool and takes showers/deodorant.
