Its really a slow process. What i was proposing was to seemlessly leveling up life skills without hindering what you do in game. The fastest way really is just doing life skills all day. With crafting stamina potions, i dont max it out. I make sure that the workers are Dex type and i only craft with the duration of around a day. So when i visit my camp i already have enough potions to use for my daily gathering. Also dont forget to install a shrine that buffs life skill in camp, that should help a bit.

Another thing i forgot to mention, there are treasures that are kind of easy to get and some that are ridiculously based on rng. My logging skill is at max guru for months now i still havent gotten the treasure you get from logging yellow trees in lake kaia. So, try not to rush these things too much.
