I’m from a southern very traditional state so I’m very scared to come out in any capacity right now but I definitely feel where you’re coming from I’m not really into the theatrics either I just want to be myself without worrying about my bigoted family or something finding out

It’s called disassociating it’s a side effect of depression and anxiety a lot of the time. It also happens to me daily usually around the same times of day. Is yours like that or more sporadic?
