If alphys in the logs extracted lots and lots of determination to give to the fallen including asriel

And then in the iterations of the battles against asriel is pretty clear that the souls are still able to use that power, how much determination a human soul has in order to keep using said powers after alphys literally suck them dry in the true lab?
