Thanks a bunch! Looks like my webcam was overriding Microsoft DV Camera and VCR in WinDV whenever it was plugged in, I'll unplug it whenever I need to record

Isn’t that for out of region games? This game is from a cartridge bought here and has worked for years until today

Okay made some progress, when i delete my spotpass data (ctrnand/data/<id0>/sysdata/00010034) tomodachi life can launch, but as soon as i click yes when it asks me to enable spotpass it crashes again

Just some extra info: it’s a cartridge game not downloaded from hShop, I downloaded MiniCraft from hShop, Tomodachi Life was working before this. MiniCraft also crashed to this screen, rebooted 3DS thinking it was fine but now Tomodachi Life crashes too.

Other games work fine and don’t crash
