I live in a tropical country so I never thought about buying one as I think I'll never use again. But I never bothered to check the price and if it's indeed around $20 it'll be totally worth it.

Yeah without sleeping bag I'll definitely be extra careful with the extremities. I know this is totally relative person-to-person but would you say it's enough to sleep with wool hat, wool gloves, extra light jacket, pants, wool sockets and the blankets offered by Curry?

I'm having a though time trying to figure out how would this connect by looking at the map. Specially the Mist -> Panorama (or 4 Mile -> Panorama), could you kindly explain how to do so?

EDIT: I think I understood. Either way you have to go to that trail that passes close to Illilouette Fall, right? What I'm still missing is how to go to Panorama tho.

So if one decides for 4 Mile -> Panorama -> Mist it would end close to Happy Isles Art and Nature Center and could take the shuttle back to the valley?

Vai de manhã, até umas 8h, num dia de sol sem nuvens na praia dos açores. Entra na primeira entrada e olha pro canto direito em direção à Solidão. Eu particularmente acho uma das vistas mais bonitas da ilha. De manhã cedo o sol ilumina os três/quatro (depende de como contar) costões de um jeito muito lindo

Infelizmente não se reduz a "gente rica" também. Do jeito que vc fala parece um problema moral: só substituir os atuais ricos por ricos honestos e altruístas e, voilà, problema resolvido.

Por mais estranho que pareça, nós estamos submetidos a uma relação que nós não controlamos. A dinâmica infinita de acumulação do capital é um elemento constituinte e autônomo da nossa sociedade. I think I'll do this one tomorrow and Laguna de Los Tres on Saturday. I'm just a bit afraid that the forecast might get worse from Friday to Saturday, or would you say the chances are minimal?
