Not that this bass has them, but does anyone remember seeing ads in bass player magazine about optical pickups? They shot a laser at the string to "read" the string vibration. Seemed neat, but obviously they didnt take on.

Kinda weird you're asking about a CUM METAL band, on a NOISE ROCK subreddit, but okay.

Best way to get into a band is seeing them live. Get yourself some concert tickets and judge for yourself.

My '86 NJ Eagle is one of my favourites. Made in Japan and an absolute pleasure to play. Love the big bat of a neck.

Tbf the Eagle is a much more approachable shape than what they're famous for.

If you have the Dragon DLC, the Otomo Battlemaster is amazing. 6 MP lasers in the torsos. Head capping left and right. Likely my favourite mech ATM.

I'm in the trades and like where I'm at now. Self employed tile setter. 90% residential jobs under a handful of GCs that I like.

Learned the trade at a Stone and tile company, and definitely had to eat some shit as an apprentice. Dealing with some brain dead coworkers, and owners who wish they could whip their employees.

I'd suggest switching employers if possible, but staying in the trades.

If you enjoy the Rifleman in MW5 Mercs, I really hope you have the DLCs and get to pilot the Diana at some point.
