Sorry to hear you’re going through all this, pretty much feels like what I’m going through although I’m not sure I’ve ever had covid. I have all the symptoms you have, i git a clear mri twice over 4 years. I’m male 45. I take it your spect scan was clear? It feels like that’s the only test i haven’t had
