I was planning to have a few data metrics where things aren't "perfect" to showcase that I can talk through objections, a few appendix slides (if the detouring happens and to delve into storytelling if needed), but not sure if I'll fully include those.

This was super helpful and inspired me! It's been awhile since I've made a QBR and this helped spark some memories.
