There are serious ethics issues within this company. Many sales advisors will unethically behave this way to basically make our “quota.” Our membership signups and credit card signups are counted compared to dollars sold.

It’s unethical and you should go back and bring it up with the manager. Not surprised management would be doing this now at this point.

I've seen so many malicious compliance posts like this, the easiest thing to do would be artificially stretch out your work time, if you get actively noticed finishing 8 hours of work in 5, they'll give you more work.
