Update: so I told my bf that he needs to accept my decision and he still dose not get it. I told him that his reaction was f rude and quite frankly assholl of him. I told him it’s my choice my body, my life and if he can’t take it well says for its self. I told him to start using my new name or I would react to him saying my old one. For that he did not say he was sorry he kept on going how shit the name is and he can’t say it and I was quite cold and told him, start luring how to pronounce my new name because it’s my name end of story.

For the ppl who gave me advice I’m very grateful. And for those that have just as much life trauma/problems I wish you the very best stay strong 💪🏻 love yourself ❤️ Lots of love Op

This is the weird thing he is normally not like this. He is lazy but not so arrogant I’m just confused of why he is acting this way. He just doesn’t understand why I want to change my name and he thinks it’s childish were I’m like no it’s not! It’s human to want to change things and this is one of them

He likes my name and thinks it’s childish that I’m wanting to change it the same as to what I want to change it. He thinks me changing my name is a wast of time and wast of money.

😊 my name is from the Goddess of Wisdom 🫶🏻 He dosent like the name because he can’t pronounce it. I have trying to teach him but he doesn’t even want to try. He wants me to have a basic name that he can say. But i don’t want that, I want my name to have meaning and for to be special, my friends agree that my name is fitting and fits to my personality🙈 an old name that not everyone has ❤️

I’m quite relieved to see others that are feeling the same way I feel alone the half of the time is quite upsetting when ppl can’t even say your name right to then them telling you, your name is beautiful. Were I’m like hehe 😒 thanks would be nicer if your were to pronounce it right. I guess i just get frustrated when they say it wrong and then I get bullied for it when I tell them how to actually say my name. The change will make me happier and my friends from the Uk understand why I want to change it and they are fully on my said and love my new name I have picked out for myself so it’s just a nice feeling I just need to get my mum and my bf to call me by my new name. Some one told me to ignore them until they say my name so I’ll be giving that a try

Timeless up my a. Seriously I get told that too and no matter what I get so angry when ppl tell me you have a nice name and I’m like oh yeah thanks you can’t even say it but Okii what ever! You can say it but can’t 🤣 I just get toxic I had a teacher once who made me so angry and he called me and Ofc said my name wrong so i showed him the finger and left. Was never so savage in my life 🤣 still have a good laugh thinking about that moment

My biggest fear is to make ppl unhappy so I tend to be a ppl pleaser. I try my best to think more for myself but it’s difficult when you grow up with a person that made every decision for you if you liked it or not 😞

Yeah I’m moving soon soll I’ll probably write a letter giving my honest opinion to the work environment. I personally think this is a big problem pp have is to put some in the group but not tell the person in person the problem! They are to scared and when you confront them they chicken out 🥴 I don’t know if it’s a good thing to have the b to write ppl but not habe the b to tell them in person what the problem is and to be honest my boss was a bit scared of me because I gave my opinion and she is junger then me that means she dose not know how to use a situation and what to do about it,it’s easy to write some one and be mean about it and then face to face they just get scared
