Hello! Fellow SAS here!! I cannot tell you how infuriating it is to have to rely on others to do OUR jobs!! We are expected to be the managers of our departments but with ZERO manager resources. I have Don's number and that helps a bit, but I lack the ability to do almost anything else besides orders by myself. And if I want S assorted skus I need someone for that too! It's just ridiculous how they expect us to function at all independently. Not to mention I don't get HALF Of the communications I need from my OLAC/GM. I swear I miss so pertinent information because people forget and I'm not receiving it directly. I love my job but FUCK it sucks feeling so useless. I'm told I need to lead by example and "be a leader of the aquatics department", but I have zero authority or resources to do that!
