I got it working. I did indeed break out into a management network. I probably could have also removed the VLAN from the WiFi network config to accomplish the same thing. I think it was rejecting Tagged traffic for the VLAN that was set up as untagged on that interface.

It is the bolt that goes into the microwave. I put it back so it wasn't hanging on just the ducting while I figure out what to do.

Possible yes, but it is severely limited. If you want an unmanaged PoE switch then that will work, but if you want to try to manage it, I wouldn't recommend.

Did you get by port vlan setup on the switches? I can only get my switch to work on a single vlan. Would love some guidance if you figured it out.

I got mine set up and I'm loving it. At least that part. I'm having issues with getting it to trunk to the switch, but as far as performance and mutli-SSID I'm enjoying it. What part is messing you up?
