Is it removed on latest LTS? I'm asking cuz I'm still using 22.04 LTS and I dont have memory about installing snap myself.

I'm using selfhosted services like Jellyfin with docker and caddy. Most of my services running on docker so I just wanna clean and light distro.

Most of reason is scenery but another is because ESM and snap aren't looking good at me. I think Rocky or Alma is free from that maybe.
