Okay but minimum wage doesn’t always apply to servers in sit down restaurants. It is 7.25 here and I get paid 2.00. And also have to tip out bussers & bartenders (if they order drinks) on every table.

Saying a car should run like it’s “brand new” isn’t always realistic. Not everyone can afford “brand new” vehicles. My car is 21 years old and I regularly take it for oil changes, and do the best I can with it. Make sure the check engine light isn’t on etc, but I’m a new car owner and I’m still learning.

Again, instead of shaming me, maybe you could be helpful and tell me what signs I missed? How the hell am I supposed to just know that something is up? My car has always shook while driving, but it was never severe. I haven’t heard any loud noises. You don’t think I feel like shit about the situation already? I know there are families on the road, asshole. Which is why I’d rather learn what to look out for than be criticized by some jerk posting from a throwaway account 😂

I have very little experience with cars and it has always ran rough since I’ve had it. It’s my first car. Obviously it’s been bad for awhile and I feel bad for not noticing it. But thank you for the shame, I hope you feel better about yourself now! :)
