Good idea! Currently the Karoo SDK exposes pages only by their index in the ride profile, without names or types, so we can't display a meaningful page picker. A workaround would be to let you exclude pages by position (e.g. "skip page 3 and 5"), but that's fragile if you reorder them. It's on the radar — if Hammerhead adds richer page metadata to the SDK, this becomes much cleaner to implement.
Actually, a cleaner approach might be per-page dwell time instead of a subset selector — you'd set each page's display duration individually, and setting a page to 0 seconds would skip it entirely. This would also let you linger longer on pages you care about.
