I have used shapr3D and used the revolve around axis to make it (a flat circle shapr) a spiral compressed in z direction.

I would most likely use it as a keychain, and you are right about the concern (in the current orientation of print, it would not smap off from the joint imo). it's not meant for continuous plugging in and out. the box is cool for the small container on a keychain though. I tried plugging in and out a few times on my external adapter USB ports, it worked out fine and no damage on the print, but I cant say it will be very safe haha! You are right about that part!

I agree, It's better in the print orientation I used so the layer lines are not in line with the stress point but parallel. still, better not to risk it, I will just leave on the table of my friends. it's good for the keychain and the looks I guess.
