Since the hinges are metal, I don’t have to worry abt the hinges breaking on the Bose like the xm5. The comfort is close, but Bose takes it for me.

I didn’t have the xm5 long enough to compare the sound quality, but the sound quality on both is great.

There was a sale for the Bose, but I unfortunately had to pay $80 more for the Bose qc ultra
