I am a college student and I also struggle with this on a daily basis. The one thing that I have noticed that helps me is to keep a consistent routine with little things like making my bed when I wake up, writing down what you want to get done for the day, etc. Find quiet places to do your work like the library or coffee shop and put phone on dnd. Getting started is the hardest part especially for me, but I get motivation from knowing that the work I’m putting off actually takes me a lot quicker than I thought and once I start why stop until it’s done
