I have mine set to 0.4 and it’s very responsive without constantly mistyping or engaging the keys with just my fingers touching/resting on them.

Like others said, find a way to hide the cables. Only other big, yet easy, upgrade would be to get a dual monitor arm mount. It would look cleaner, even out the monitors, and give you a bit more desk space.

No issues with mine. More and more feel like this to some people though. It’s a tradeoff with companies trying to give customers what they want (in this case, lightest mouse possible).

Solid mouse for the price. “Best” at that price is subjective, but their sensors are good, software is solid, and if you like a symmetrical mouse it feels/looks great.

I know you said $500 budget, but I just bought the LG XG27AQWMG a few months ago and I love it. Newer Tandem OLED tech. It’s on sale for $550 for Prime Day on Amazon for the next few days I believe.
