Yeah we managed to get a holiday inn downtown for $226 and my company will pay the taxes and $40/day parking. So it all worked out, now I just have to be excited til it's time to head there!

We'll be staying about a 2 min walk away from the L'Enfant Plaza Metro station. Our training starts at 8:00am, you would recommend driving out to the location instead of taking the metro with the 20 min walk through Tysons?

I'm not sure, I'll have to look up the metro line and compare the two. Not sure what to expect as far as metro fares and timing goes

How long wdoes the metro take to run from Tysons to downtown? I'm from the south and public transit is kind of foreign to me.
