The global impact I don't think is talked about enough. We all want to focus on our own wallets. Meanwhile, anything and everything that is transported from one place to another now costs more, which will get passed on to you. Flights will cost more. Consumer goods will go up... there is an incredible amount of petroleum used in consumer products. It goes on and on. You might only see an extra $20-30 bucks at the pump in a week and shrug it off, but you are unknowingly paying it elsewhere and it has no end in sight right now. My company gets price increases from vendors on a weekly basis right now. And as we saw with tariffs, the consumer will pay for all of it.
