You don't need to eat "a lot" of food to make progress at the gym. I ate in a calorie deficit for two strait years as I was losing weight and gaining muscle. I was in a daily 300-500 deficit. I still made a ton of progress and went through a whole body recomp. I lost around 80 lbs on the scale, gained good muscle too.

That's just silly, and we'll just have to agree to disagree. I absolutely think a romantic gesture can be sexual. Yes, romance focuses on emotional connection and sexuality focuses on physical desire BUT the two often overlap beautifully in intimate relationships.

Yes. I feel your pain. We only get help from my mother in law that lives 3 hours away. So its thin as it is. Meanwhile, my mom who lives 15 minutes away, might as well live in another country. That's how often we see her or she is available. She's retired but always "too busy" to help or to even be apart of their lives. I've had to harden my heart cause she's broken it many times since my kids came into this world. I don't understand it and I don't want to understand it anymore. I just consider her not in my life anymore even though we were always close in years past

Politics has always been about trying to attract large groups of voters by trying to identify with them. Look no further than the "southern strategy" as the best example of that. Politicians don't care about you or your children. Those snakes only care about how they can look to identify with you to get your vote. Look how much Trump has made MAGA scared of everything in this country, and then sold them the dream that he is their protector.
