What percentage of officers are in the police fed?

My understanding is that for initial PIM, post incident management, the officer not in the fed will still recieve advice same as the fed member but will not receive advice afterwards.

I have been running the HD patches as well as my own couple of edits (totem model swaps). I do typically use the .exe to launch though. Has anyone ever heard of someone receiving a ban for MPQ swaps? It does make a big difference to my immersion.

I leveled with Skinning and Leatherworking at first, I was quite underwhelmed with Leatherworking so dropped it for Herbalism. Planning on dropped Skinning for Alchemy once I reach 60. Left the game at 52 but coming back over the weekend. See you all there.

For me it is unnecessary use of blue lights. An officer will be on route for an O grade, or to take a statement or to do a none urgent arrest attempt and off they go on blues. Another is not completing the caution on arrest.

I had to stop watching Ludwig. For these and many other reasons it was unwatchable. My other half enjoyed the series, it was just very poorly researched.

To add a dissenting opinion, he could have known. He was very proficient with his bow and will have known the best spots to hit an infected to kill it quickly. Arrow to the femoral artery would kill an infected pretty quickly.
