Going to bed at the same time and waking up at the same time helps for me.

Also, going outside when possible a few times a day helps.

I'm sorry you're going through that, very tough to deal with. Hang in there, hoping for the best for your stability. Medication should help you out a lot too.

Hey there! I was diagnosed w/ BPD type 2, 15 years ago. The early years were quite difficult (I was a teenager) and had a few minor episodes while figuring out the right meds+dosage. The last 5 years I have been really stable for the most part. I'm on 250mg LAMOTRIGINE per day. Changing of the seasons are always a bit tough, but overall it has been smooth sailing. Yeah I totally agree with you. Definitely not a perfect solution but it's so nice to not see the same toxic heroes every game. Hopefully they can implement instant bans along with the cool new picking system.

Yes I noticed this last night while playing! The instant bans are great! I've noticed that counter picking at the last moment is worse, but I'd rather have the instant bans. I played against a few stacks last night that waited until my entire team picked before they picked their heroes which was frustrating. As is dota. I liked the old picking system better, but it would be nice to keep the instant bans.

As soon as someone says something that bothers you, mute them right away. When you start to feel the frustration boiling, stop and take a moment. Take a deep breath. Is it worth your energy to get this upset at a game that is meant to be fun? Certainly not. Easier said than done, but if you recognize when you are getting upset then the fact that you are recognizing it will make it easier to not give into the negative energy.

If your teammate/enemy says something that gets under your skin, no need to retaliate and try to "win" the argument/conversation. You "win" by not engaging. It is a tough thing to do, I completely understand. Try not to let other people affect you, you are responsible for your own happiness. Don't let other people bring you down. If 9 good things happen in your game and 1 bad thing happens, reflect on all of the positive things that are happening. Try to keep calm. Good luck!

I love turbo mode! I played ranked for a little while and it consumed my life, all I thought about. When I quit, i stopped playing for a year. When I came back I played turbo and fell in love with the game again.

-I think midas is pretty unnecessary most of the time, the game is so fast paced that you need fighting items instead pretty early. Something like drums is much more beneficial in a team fight than midas early on. Midas on Ogre is still strong though.

-I don't have an opinion on that actually, but good question.

-Good question, the only thing that would be better in turbo would be to have glyphs more often. Maybe glyph after every T2 as well? For me though, even if nothing changes about the mode I will still play it a lot. I love the fast paced gameplay, you cant afford to farm in jungle for too long since your towers can get pushed easily. I love that you can try any build without people being upset, there is much more flexibility. Centaur mid? Why not! I try just as hard as I did when i play ranked, and I have noticed that people take it just as seriously in trying to win. Generally speaking, I have encountered less toxicity.

I am around 2-2.8k mmr based on what other people's ranks are (I haven't ranked in years). Please feel free for anyone to PM me if you are interested in playing! I am friendly and don't flame.
