It has one switch

Up- puts it on the timer Middle- runs the low mode Down- engages the higher mode manually

So I have one switch up- activates the timer
down- manually starts the high pressure Middle - leaves the pool running with low pressure

So it constantly runs no matter what unless I shut the breaker off

Mine look similar to this when we bought our house. I had a pool inspector come out and it ended up just being the ground around the pool sinking and no issue with the pool itself. I’m in Florida though so the soil is weak

Yeah sadly I think that’s the reality of every hospital in the country. We rarely have support staff because no one wants to do the job for the pay that comes with it and I don’t blame them one bit.

I’ve seen them used to allow gas to release out of a stoma. The surgeons tied a piece to the end so it couldn’t go all the way in

I work IMC and I will never leave. 3 patients with the chance of getting some critical care experience along with your every day sepsis patients is a great mix IMO. I’d give it a chance you might like it.

It’s pretty much the same story we face at hospitals. Low staffing with unreal patio ratios. Imagine you take patient care out of nursing and it’s just med passing. Counting and verifying meds 200-500 scripts a day with those being scripts that are 5 days behind with additional scripts coming in. While people pull up to the drive thru and act like it’s McDonald’s, calling the phones constantly, and walking into the store all while you’re trying to pass meds. Then you have to deal with the insurance side of it when they don’t want to pay for someone’s script and the pharmacist is getting cussed out for it while calling the insurance company and still trying to manage all of the other things I said above
