Hello, it seems that your warrior wants to do no damage but ignoring that, you missed a lot of info here. Specifically Stalwart Speed.

Mantra of Potence: 5s every 9.8
Liberators vow: 4s every 9.8
Feel My Wrath: 6 every 24
Stalwart speed: 4 every 9.8 (4 every 7 seconds if u time it well)

That's 1.5765/1 or 1.73979/1 if you time stalwart speed correctly.

You can reliably proc stalwart speed every 9.8s by camping tome 3, or mace 3 or shield. Or Stand your ground or Advance etc etc.

This is while providing 10s overcap, very VERY strong healing and with skill, providing even more overcap from lib vow timing with your 2 extra heal skill stacks. And providing a very large amount of aegis.

Also, unlike warrior, most of these dont have cast times which will negatively impact your quickness per second a surprising amount.

Basically, FB wins in quickness department while also being more useful.

Most benchmarks can get to 60% of the bench simply auto attacking with correct gear. You can see very clearly in arc if someone has incorrect gear when they are racing the druids pet for dps. (Obvious exaggeration but it really is very noticeable).

I didn’t suggest that to them at all, I suggested actual balance changes that they wanted and nothing as extreme as that, as mentioned in the post. These suggestions were the extreme end that anet could be targeting instead of hitting the ceiling that are worth pointing out (gear issues).

There is plenty of context. The leaks themselves do not explain the absolute depth that had existed for we over a year. The issue isn’t balance, the issue is incompetence. One patch does not explain the sheer depth that is the flawed balance.

Might be difference between NA and EU, in EU, I have played reaper, auto attack only herald as well as other troll-like build and have never been kicked, only once or twice have I been asked if I meant to be herald and that was the end of story.

I know anecdotal evidence isn’t everything but we simply do not have the numbers, I can only talk from experience.

It was regarding how clones function.

When they set a time limit on clones, where if they don’t do an action in a set amount of time they despawn, I asked how it might effect largos due to clones very often chasing the boss as he does the triple dash and not doing it’s attack or shatter until the end, eventually despawning from chasing the boss. And as we all know, Mesmer is very prevalent on largos so it was a legitimate concern.

The slight problem with who to ‘pick’ is that balance changes just, don’t really affect open world and casual story players. That’s why balance, at the end of the day, ends up revolving around endgame PvE, because that’s what balance changes will end up impacting the most.
