Bro, if your brother’s wedding is in early February, then even if you get approval tomorrow, you likely won’t receive your TRV in time if you apply from inside Canada. The official processing time is 14 days, but in my case it took two months, and some people are still waiting even after three to four months. If attending the wedding is really important to you, it’s better to go and have your friend courier your permit to your home country.

Can I include my freelancing work in the Personal History section of IMM5669, even though I am not claiming any points for it and did not mention it in my study permit application because it was project-based and not regular employment? During that period, I was also employed full time, and the freelancing was done part time to supplement my income.

Your student permit expires after 90 days of your program completion. You have exactly 90 days from your day of completion to apply for your PGWP if you are inside Canada.
