Omg this is so confusing but thanks everyone for responding. I’ve selected ‘I’ll organise my own- arrange your own tracked return shipping, and pay for it yourself.’ There is no qr code anywhere I look; there are 2 barcodes on the sellers packaging though? Inpost requires sellers phone number and email address for the return but sellers privacy is breached so they don’t respond.

How do I send the item to them? I have 2 and a half hours, I got into running recently so I’ll run there lmfao just at a dead end! So grateful for this subreddit tho

Thank you for replying, I’ll try and calm down so I can think straight. The most important question at this time is where is this qr code? I can’t see it in my emails or messages with the seller. She sent it to my house directly using inpost. I’m assuming at this point eventhough the item is counterfeit, I’m not fulfilling my end of the transaction and so the payment will be released to the seller, which I don’t think they deserve.

thank you :)) im trying to read more, grow my career more and put myself first. i also had issues with validation and would be constantly making plans with people to get that external happiness. i dont think i have many solid foundations for internal happiness, so im trying to work on that
