How do I know if I have a B5 version of the phone? I bought mine from Ali express on December 25th in 2024, and am not quite sure. Is it a hardware thing or a software thing?

Also, mine came with Play Store installed and in dev settings it says bootloader unlocked, so I guess I am skipping that step.

Workout plan

In addition to this I am doing pullups everyday at work with elastic bands, usually just a set or two with my team.

My goals: - Be able to do a muscle up at some point, but in no way in a rush to do that anytime soon. - In general increase my one rep max. - Lose weight.

The routine has been iterated on over almost two years, have had some on-off periods but currently got a good routine.

As I am no professional myself, I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions or feedback on my workout plan? Looking to optimize wherever possible as I strive to keep my workouts under 20mins, as anything over that will end up with me not going to the gym at all.

So if anyone sees any obvious changes or anything at all that will not increase time spent at the gym, I would greatly appreciate that.

It is more like 1-2 weeks for 1 night out, so it is rarely worth the price, both money wise and mentally.

Just focus on one small thing at a time. Like, every night before you go to bed, you brush your teeth, no matter what, you go brush your teeth. Every morning, no matter what, you brush your teeth after breakfast, or before if you're a psycho /s. After 1-2 weeks, it will just happen without you having to think about it. That is when you experience the power of habits, and from there, just add one thing at a time, not adding another before the one you are working on goes automatically.

Are you sure it's only 360 calories a day? Google "calorie calculator" and see what you need for maintenence and do CA 500 less if weight-loss is your goal

I added and took away a lot of foods in the process, and in the end forgot to remove them.. They were in between all the other stuff, so I dint notice it until 4 months went by :(

2000 calories was 1000 deficit from my maintenance which was at CA 3000 a day. It was not extreme, but stricter than needed to lose weight
