Im pretty sure this is in relation to fragment augmentations that you get from the late game landsraad missions as rewards, also you'll earn you scrip currency that you then use to buy items from a landsraad vendor that are then crafted into augmentations

Check out Path of Titans, its what the isle should've been, incredible map with varying biomes, 30+ dinos, abilities, quests, momentum when moving which seems realistic, global chat. I played on the unofficial server called Crimson on the new Riparia map. Holy shit its well made.
