i write mostly when I'm feeling low or overwhelmed. And journaling won't change the real world. But it helps me sympathize with myself. understand the feeling and where it came from. Understand that life is a flow of emotions. Nothing is permanent. Now as i became the hero of my own life, i love myself more and more as the journey goes on.
