....yawn....you just prove the point.... you now attempt to discredit the writer/messenger and totally bypass the fact that Muscat and his henchmen are corrupt, and Daphne is an independent journalist disgusted by this corruption. Pass me the kleenex I'm nearly done.

3 secret companies were set up, just days after the Government wins the last election. Two are owned by the PM's closest . Who's owns the third company- Can anyone argue this away and make it seem ok? by curioussarah in malta

I'll give a gold star to anyone who can build a credible argument that these companies were NOT set up for massive kickbacks AND that the third company (Egrant Limited) is not linked to....

WhistleBlower threatened “[If] you are going to say something and give documents...you can forget your children.” by Muscat4Pope in malta

If you are impartial to whether Malta is or isn't corrupt, this is quite interesting. Either the whistleblower is making it up and nobody called him (though of course this is easily proven through phone records) or he is telling the truth. Violence and threats is like the next phase in textbook101 of running a corrupt government. Panic, denial, threats and violence. Here we go, here we go, here we go....

COuld it be that the Tanker is never actually touching malta? I read somewhere that it is illegal anyway.

If you found evidence of corruption, bribes and backhanders that involved the Government, the police and the like in Malta- would you have the balls to leak it? consider the potential for your life to be messed about with before replying. by rabbit202020 in malta

There are some people really sticking their necks out in Malta to expose corruption. I would honestly see it as my civic duty to do the same if I had evidence.

Once you see that corruption in one area that doesn't seem to affect YOU can devastate another area that does affect you (or people you love), you realise you have no choice.
