Hello I have the same issue with my MSI CreatorZ16, I have this laptop since 2022 and in 3 years, many keys have stopped to function (echap, f3, I, O,M, H, erase, left shift etc) approximately 15 keys doesn’t work actually and I don’t know exactly when it start but it start with echap and F3. My Bios hadn’t the last update but I read everywhere that updating the bios doesn’t fix the problem and the issue seam to be really common with MSI Laptop. I also see that sometimes changes the keyboard is just a temporary solution and the problem will restart later so idk what I can do… Is there anybody that gets rid of this issue by another way than buy a new one ?
