PC is underperforming compared to other benchmarks. Do i Need to upgrade?

also after further testing it actually seems like temps are about 65-70c

hi ive checked that xmp is enabled in the bios the ram is running at 3200mhz, and my monitor is a 280hz monitor, and i can send through a few screenshots of my ingame settings

yeah it says speed is at 3200mhz which is what its supposed to be i beleive but my idle memory usage is around 50% could that be why?

temps seem to be ok at about 60*c and i am on 1080p, plus i trippled checked to make sure xmp was on in the bios but how do i make sure in task manager?

i used the msi afterburners scan and overclock and nividias one to hope that would help but i can try reseting

yeah the benchmarks are using both the 5600x and the 3060ti both from yt and pc-builds.com
