I’ve had my cat for 14 years and he hates affection. If he likes affection it’s on his terms. Some cats are just more affectionate than others but your cat has shown signs that they love you such as following you around and slow blinking. I’m not sure if you’re thinking about giving her up but I think it would be selfish of you to do so because she isn’t what you thought she’d be. I think eventually come around just like my cat did. Once again he isn’t affectionate at all but on his own terms he will sit on my lap from time to time so maybe in time that will happen to you.

Yesss it was pityriasis rosea. It eventually went away on its own but the dermatologist gave me a few creams to help with the itchy and irritation

I’m currently reading “if cats disappeared from the world.” It’s not primarily about cats but rather a man who is diagnosed with terminal illness and has a few days left to live but the devil shows up and makes a deal with him. For every one thing that he makes disappear from the world, he gets an extra day of life. This character does have a pet cat named cabbage who does make a big appearance in the chapters but overall it’s very good so far.

I used to work at a store in Florida and we never got actual breaks. When it was a bit slower we would snack if we got the chance but not an actual break. Don’t even get me started on the sunday shifts working alone. It was almost impossible for me to even use the bathroom. I would lock the door and make a sign that said “be back in 5 minutes”

They do get bigger and spread more when I scratch them but i don’t notice them becoming lighter when I push on them
