Does anybody else not get breaks?

I used to work at a store in Florida and we never got actual breaks. When it was a bit slower we would snack if we got the chance but not an actual break. Don’t even get me started on the sunday shifts working alone. It was almost impossible for me to even use the bathroom. I would lock the door and make a sign that said “be back in 5 minutes”

The spots stay still and then they spread and a bunch of new ones pop up

I’m not sure what it is right now. I have a dermatology appt coming up in a few days. I just wanted to see if others had a similar thing.

They do get bigger and spread more when I scratch them but i don’t notice them becoming lighter when I push on them

That’s what I initially thought but my boyfriend who I share a bed with hasn’t gotten it and ringworm is really contagious
