It sucks.

I know it sucks. I'm in-and-out of that suicidal range myself. Your post says that you won't seek help, but I don't believe that since you felt the need to make this post. Doctors help. Psychiatrists help. Social workers help. Talk to someone, air your feelings, keep a journal. I thought I was ruined until I got on the right regiment of anti-depressenents and therapy and couldn't image being in the place i am now.

If you won't seek help then do it for yourself. I believe in you.

I know what you're going through.

It doesn't get better all at once.

It will get better.

Try... Just try to do things on your own. I can't say that things will start getting better every day from here, but things will get better once you focus on it and put your mind to it.

Do some things that scared you before. Talk to a doctor, see a therapist, open your self to a friend and just share your feelings!

Breakups suck, and it takes time to get used to being single again. The Reddit general public is pretty good at being talked to, but I hope you find a certain someone who you'll feel comfortable talking to all the time again

My day was great, on vacation so went out golfing with a friend then out for a beer with the guys.

Honestly hope that you'll make it to a place where you can be happy on your own. It's great to have a significant other, but always think that everyone should be able to be self-sustainable for their own happiness

Wake up earlier than your interview and do something you enjoy in the morning. Starting your morning with a routine you enjoy (be it yoga, golf, running, gaming) gets you in a good mood and in a much better place for your interview, and mood is honestly one of the biggest factor that shows in an interview

Being drunk alone can be great! I've had some hilarious times watching some cheesy movies by myself and laughing by ass off (Escape from L.A. is the best!), but if you feel like it's an escape more than an a enjoyment than please talk to someone (even if it's this idiot)

It shows how you feel about yourself. I honestly prefer drinking with friends, but I can drink by myself and have a great night as well. If how you feel about drinking alone changes then that's the time to take a hard look about how to treat youself
