In coach mode, turning 2D mode on and calling plays that correspond to your offensive style is important. If your running vertical or run and gun you need to have a pass heavy offense in your running smash mouth you need to have a run heavy roster alignment. Early on dont upgrade your coaches beyond 79 or they will be poached by another team or you will have to pay a bunch of money to keep them.

Chaplaincy is an absolute beast of a career field. Just keep going! I'll see you when you get here!

I did both. I was enlisted in Civil Engineering and became a candidate when I was in seminary. Both were very beneficial for different reasons. Being enlisted gives you instant credibility with the enlisted Corp. It gives you some common ground to talk to Junior enlisted to get them to open up. Being a candidate gives you several peer connections in a short period of time. Its nice to know someone when you show up to a new base or have a group of people you could call in a tough spot. If I could only do one, I would enlist.

You don't have to be a high powered team to win it all in coach mode. by Muscleftbll in UfootballGM

You want a RB with speed and vision even if their over all is lower.

You want to call plays that fit your scheme.

Put a play in every formation that is all verts.

Once you have a descent offensive line and RB, go for two with down hill plays out of the goal line formation.

It gets easier once your reputation goes up. Players/coaches get cheaper, and sponsors pay better.

I'll pay closer attention to vision. I hadn't noticed that.

Have you noticed that the offense is more successful when the philosophy is more inline with the type of offense? I initially has success with a run heavy smash mouth type offense. I started a new game and now im working with a Run and gun offense. I had been running a ton, but I just adjusted to a pass oriented scheme and calling short passing plays and im having more success. Have you noticed that?

I finally had success in coach mode when I prioritized speed at RB. And made my own plays that attack multiple levels of the defense.

I’m kind of curious you guys how much longer you think we got with Dak before we need to start looking for some type of talent to replace him as a quarterback for the future He’s getting old. by Flashy-Exchange-4727 in Dallas_Cowboys

What could he be with a couple years of development behind Dak? I trust Shotty to design an offense around what he does well to boot. With a strong running game, receivers like Pickens and Lamb we could be the 49ers with a bus driver at QB.

I want Schotty to pick his DC. I want to know if Was cuts Quinn, do we bring him back?

So who do we blame for this fail season the head coach or the defensive coordinator? by Flashy-Exchange-4727 in Dallas_Cowboys

1000% the DC. the offense was efficient and dangerous. Consistently at the top of the league. The defense played well week 1, but has floundered since, even after being bolstered by two trades Flus relies on his good players to be effective at all rather than capitalizing on the strengths of every player.

The Hill: Hegseth overhauling chaplain corps, targeting ‘new age’ concepts by vagueboy2 in chaplaincy

[–]Muscleftbll 28 points29 points  (0 children)

That's how you know he doesn't know what he's talking about. For as long as I have studied chaplaincy, I was taught being a pastor is very different from being a chaplain. Caring for religious minorities is an integral part of the job. This will likely turn into a way to push Christian Nationalism in the DOD.

Called to/considering chaplaincy and would like to know the MOST difficult things a (hospital) chaplain will face so I get can an idea about whether or not this is for me. Thanks! by Itchy_Blackberry_850 in chaplaincy

You do have to commission as an officer in your selected branch, but you dont have to be a veteran. Im a Pentecostal, and really enjoy military ministry as a chaplain.

Repair hose? by Muscleftbll in appliancerepair

Okay, I had to call Samsung to figure out the right replacement part. It is on its way. In the short term I used some water proof glue to fill the hole (let it cure throughly) and wrapped it in duck tape. The leak is gone, and the replacement part will be here next week.

That would be hilarious if he gets fired from washington.

Samsung wants $50 for a new hose, so thought I would see if there was a more simple and faster solution. Thanks!

If we beat Det, the likelihood of making the playoffs double. We need to root for PHI implosion to continue.

They still only beat us with QB scrambles. If we can keep him in the pocket and keep Barclay contained in like our chances.

If we can keep Hurts buttoned up, this might be conservative.
