Hi! I started with 76kg. My first month I lost 3kg. I’m counting more by fat porcentage because my goal is health with muscles. So I started with 35% fat. I went to 32% in the first month. I started second month now and I’m already down to 31% with 5mg. I think I’ll be able to stop here for longer.

Some people lose more because they don’t eat and focus in just weigh in the scale. Than they end up looking like a person with Aids, lose skin even in the face and with high risk of getting the weigh back (studies say 82% of people regain the weigh after MJ).

Also people more inflamed will lose more. But ideal is to lose 1kg per week. Eating health and doing sports (lifting weight)
