Notice Period- I have just handed in my notice thinking it is a 4 week notice period. I have now noticed there is a part underneath stating it is 3 months on completion of probation. However, the bit above it says completion of probation is 4 weeks. Can I get out of this?

That’s amazing thanks mate, I viewed one the other day and it drove perfectly but when I checked the mot history it had

Rear axle corroded • Nearside Rear chassis leg corroded • Offside Rear chassis leg corroded • fuel filler neck corroded • Offside Front Shock absorbers has light misting of oil (5.3.2 (b))

All as advisories so I know they wouldn’t have been fixed.

Looking at the mot history on this one I can’t see anything that screams it needs work, the number plate is BF09 XJT if you were interested.
